HEARTI / PRISMWORK Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

At Prismwork, we design leadership experiences with care, intention, and integrity. We also believe clarity creates trust. This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled across our digital programs, services, and materials.

1. DIGITAL PROGRAMS & ONLINE COURSES

(Including HEARTI Foundations, HEARTI Leader, workshops, and recorded content)

Due to the digital nature of our programs and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final once access has been granted, except as outlined below.

Limited Refund Window (Foundations Only)

For Foundations, we offer a 7-day reflection window from the date of purchase.

You may request a refund within 7 days only if:

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the program content, and
  • You submit a written request explaining that the program is not a fit at this time.

This window exists to honor alignment—not to penalize thoughtful decisions.

After 7 days, or once more than 20% of content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

2. COHORT-BASED PROGRAMS & LIVE EXPERIENCES

(Including HEARTI Leader cohorts, facilitated Circles, live intensives)

Cohort-based experiences require preparation, facilitation, and reserved capacity.

  • All cohort enrollments are non-refundable once the cohort begins
  • If you notify us at least 7 days before the start date, you may:
    Transfer your enrollment to a future cohort (one time), or
    Request a credit toward another Prismwork offering (valid for 12 months)

No refunds are issued after the cohort start date.

3. ENTERPRISE ENGAGEMENTS & CUSTOM PROGRAMS

Enterprise services, including diagnostics, facilitation, certification, and custom program design, are governed by the terms outlined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Refunds, credits, or termination terms for enterprise clients will follow the specific contractual agreement.

4. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & WORKBOOKS

(PDFs, toolkits, reports, assessments)

All digital downloads are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately and materials cannot be returned.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your materials, we will promptly support you to ensure delivery.

5. PAYMENT PLANS

Payment plans are a convenience, not a subscription.

  • All payment plan commitments are binding
  • Missed payments may result in paused access
  • Payment plans do not change refund eligibility

6. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We recognize that life happens.

If you experience a documented medical emergency, job loss, or significant life disruption, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a review.

Any exception granted is:

  • At our sole discretion
  • Evaluated case-by-case
  • Not guaranteed

Grace may be extended—but accountability remains.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CHANGE

All requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for request

We respond within 5 business days.

8. FINAL NOTE

Our programs are designed to be supportive, spacious, and meaningful—but they do require participation and personal responsibility.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Leadership development is experiential
  • Transformation cannot be “returned” once engaged

We are here to support your growth—not to pressure it.
