This four-step process is intended for leadership teams. The HEARTI:Leader Assessment will take approximately 4 weeks from kickoff to insights review, with an additional action planning session thereafter.

 

Step 1: Self-Assessment
Individual leaders complete self-assessment & select colleagues to review them.

Step 2: Colleague Assessment
Colleagues assess leader & feedback window closes.

Step 3: Individual Leader Insights Review
PrismWork coach reviews & assesses insights, preparing an individually curated report.

Step 4: Individual Leader Action Plan
PrismWork coach assists leader in the refinement of an action plan to increase their HEARTI™ strengths.
