PrismWork Appoints Daina Middleton as Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

PALO ALTO, CA, September 29, 2022 - PrismWork today announced that it has appointed Daina Middleton as co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer. Most recently, Ms. Middleton was Chief Executive Officer of Britelite Immersive, an experience management firm that was acquired by a strategic company in November 2021.
Ms. Middleton has over 20 years of experience leading services and technology firms that work with some of the world’s premier companies. Before heading up Britelite Immersive, she served as CEO of Ansira, a technology and services firm that serves clients who sell through intermediaries, such as dealers, agents, and retailers. Ms. Middleton previously ran Global B2B Marketing at Twitter and was an executive leadership coach for the private equity firm Gryphon Investors.

About Daina Middleton
Ms. Middleton most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Britelite Immersive, a first-of-its-kind experience management software and services firm. She led the company to a successful exit in November of 2021.
Ms. Middleton joined PE-backed Ansira in 2017 as Chief Executive Officer. In that role, Ms. Middleton led efforts to drive services and technology integration, optimize client relationships, develop talent and expand capabilities.
Before joining Ansira, Ms. Middleton was a principal leadership consultant for Gryphon Investors, where she partnered with CEOs and their senior leadership teams across 14 portfolio companies in multiple industries, including health care services, engineering, industrial products and provided target assessments and executive coaching.
In 2014, she headed up global B2B marketing at Twitter, where she built the first global marketing team focused on promoting and growing advertising sales through brand and agency partners and contributed to annual revenue growth of over 40%.
Ms. Middleton spent 16 years at Hewlett-Packard Company, where she provided global marketing leadership and drove the integrations of traditional advertising and digital marketing for the $50B Imaging and Printing Division.
Ms. Middleton is a published author of two books: Marketing in the Participation Age, 2012; and Grace Meets Grit, 2016. She serves on the board of directors of public companies Palomar Insurance and Marin Software, and private equity-backed company Madison Logic. She is an advisor for two woman-founded early-stage startups: Ad Fontes Media and MarketBeam. Ms. Middleton earned a Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University. She currently serves on the OSU School of Arts and Communications Advisory Council.
